I came for my first appointment at your surgery this week – it was a hygiene appointment with Lucy. I wanted to write as I found her service brilliant. I am a nervous patient and she put me completely at ease she also took the time to explain the treatment and give me lots of advice on looking after my teeth and gums. She really seemed to know her stuff. I think she is an asset to your practice.
